# Sites explained

### What is a site?

A **site** is your branded hub where all of your Hifunnel content lives - including your website pages, landing page, product library (such as courses, newsletters or downloads), checkout pages,...

Each Hifunnel plan includes at least **one site**. Depending on your plan, you may be able to create multiple sites within the same account. You can also add additional sites if needed.

#### Site independence

Each site is **fully independent** from the others. This means:

* Products are not shared between sites
* Pages are not shared between sites
* Contacts are not shared between sites
* Site-level settings are not shared between sites

#### Worth noting

* Your **plan usage limits** are shared across all sites in your account
* Sites **cannot be transferred** to a different Hifunnel account

{% hint style="info" %}
Multiple sites within a single account are **not intended** to be created for other people or businesses that you do not own.
{% endhint %}

#### Branding settings

In the Branding section of the Site Details page, you can set a default logo and favicon for your site.

By default, these will appear across your pages and product templates. You can still customize the logo and favicon individually within each template if needed.

#### SEO and social sharing

This section applies to the following **system pages** in Hifunnel (found under **Website → Website Pages**):

* 404
* Announcements
* Blog
* Blog Post
* Blog Search
* Home
* Library
* Login
* Member Directory
* Store
* Thank You

The **Page Title** and **Page Description** can be used by search engines to understand and display your page in search results.\
The Page Title will also appear in the browser tab for visitors.

If you leave the Page Title blank, Hifunnel will automatically use the system page name as the title.

When your page URL is shared on social networks (e.g., Facebook, X), the **Social Image** may be displayed in the preview.
