# How Hifunnel Reminds Your New Customers to Log In

All new customers automatically receive an email after they purchase (or are granted) an Offer, which includes a link to your site’s **Login Page**.

You can also access the Login Page directly by adding **/login** to your site URL. For example: **yourdomain.com/login**.

Which automated emails a Customer receives depends on how they gained access to the Offer:

* Purchased an Offer: Your Customer receives the Purchase Confirmation Email with a congratulatory message and a link to the **Login Page**. Learn the <mark style="color:red;">**purchase flow of a new Customer**</mark>.
* Granted an Offer: Your Customer receives the Offer Grant Confirmation email with a congratulatory message and a link to the **Login Page**, plus the Customer Welcome email with a new Customer’s login credentials. If the Offer is granted to an existing Customer, they will only receive the Offer Grant Confirmation email. Learn to <mark style="color:red;">**edit the automated emails sent by your site**</mark>.
