# How to Collect Additional Information From Existing Contacts

### Step 1. Build a landing page with a new form attached

#### Create your Form:

* Open the **Marketing** tab from your **Dashboard**.
* Select **Forms**.
* Create a new Form by clicking **+ New Form**.
* Add new Form Fields for the extra details you want to collect (for example: Address, City, State, and Zip Code).
* Click **Save**.

#### Add your Form to a Landing Page:

* Next, click the **Website** tab.
* Click **Pages**.
* Select **+ New Page** and create a new Landing Page.

### Step 2. Share your page with your existing contacts

#### First, create an email sequence:

* Open the **Marketing** tab from the **Dashboard**.
* Click **Email Campaigns**.
* Select **+ New Campaign** in the top right corner.
* Choose **Email Sequence**.
* Enter an Internal Title for your email.
* In your new Email Sequence, set the Day to **0** so the email is sent to your subscribers right away.

#### Next, add your opt-in page link:

* In the email body, click the Button block and paste the URL of the Opt-in Landing page (the same way you’d add a Call to Action button).
* You can also customize the Text to Display on the button and the Button Color.
* When you’re done editing the button, click **Ok**.
* After updating your Email Subject and Email Body, click **Save**.

#### Then, specify your recipients:

* In the top menu, click **Subscribers**.
* Click **+ Add Subscribers**.
* Under the Who will receive this sequence? header, open the dropdown menu and select who should receive the email.
* You can now collect additional information from Contacts on your list.

Note:\
When your Contacts submit this Form, their existing contact details in your List will be updated. A duplicate Contact will not be created (as long as they use the same email address).
