# Manually Add a New Customer

Learn to manually add Customers onto your site and grant a product Offer (or multiple Offers) during import.

### Add a new customer <a href="#h_01hbv6eerx0kwjzfhx2yaqgc8q" id="h_01hbv6eerx0kwjzfhx2yaqgc8q"></a>

When importing contacts into your Hifunnel site, you can optionally **grant an Offer** at the same time.

Importing contacts requires an active Hifunnel account. Trial accounts may encounter errors when attempting to import contacts.

#### To add a new customer:

* Open the **Contacts** tab from your Dashboard.
* Click **+ Add Contacts**.
* Select **Add Single Contact** (or **Import CSV** to add multiple customers).
* Enter the contact’s information.
* Choose any Extra Actions you want to apply. (Make sure to select **Grant Offers** if you want the contact to become a customer with access to one or more Offers.)
* Review the contact infomation.
* Click **Save** to apply the changes.

#### Import multiple customers

You can add and grant Offers to multiple customers at once using **Import CSV** or **Copy/Paste from file**.

If you experience issues during import, check your CSV format before retrying.

After a contact is added and granted an Offer, the new customer will automatically receive:

* Their login credentials via the **Customer Welcome Email**
* An **Offer Grant confirmation email** sent from your site

You can customize these automated emails from your email settings.
