# Purchase Information Page Overview

Learn how to navigate and manage customer purchase details, transaction activity, refunds, and access status on Hifunnel.

The **Purchase Information Page** in Hifunnel provides a centralized view of a customer's specific Offer purchase or granted access record.

From this page, admins can review order details, verify payment transaction activity, manage included course products, process refunds, and revoke product access.

## Accessing the Purchase Information Page

#### Step 1: Open Contacts Tab

From your **Hifunnel Dashboard**, navigate to **Contacts** in the main navigation menu.

#### Step 2: Select Customer Profile

Click on the target customer's name to open their **Contact Profile**.

#### Step 3: View Offers / Purchases

In the contact profile overview, click **View More** next to **Total Offers** (or open the **Purchases** tab).

#### Step 4: Open Purchase Details

Locate the specific Offer purchase record and click **More Info** to launch the full Purchase Information Page.

## Key Sections of the Purchase Information Page

### 1. Purchase Overview Card

Displays core order metadata at a glance:

* **Customer Info**: Customer Name and Email Address.
* **Offer Title & Status**: Offer Name and current purchase status (**Active**, **Paid**, **Completed**, **Granted**, or **Cancelled**).
* **Payment Gateway IDs**: Stripe Customer ID, Sepay/VNPAY/Bank Transfer transaction reference, or PayPal Customer ID.
* **Dates**: Original Purchase Created Date, Access Start Date, and Access Expiration End Date (if set).
* **Financial Details**: Original Purchase Price, Currency, Payment Provider Fees, and Net Profit.

### 2. Included Products & Student Progress

Lists all Course Products bundled inside the purchased Offer:

* **Access Start Date**: Displays when the student gained access to each specific product.
* **Course Progress Percentage**: Real-time progress tracker showing how much of the course video/lessons the student has completed.
* **Individual Product Revoke**: Allows admins to revoke access to a single course product while keeping other bundled products active.

### 3. Transactions Activity Log

Tracks all historical financial transactions associated with this Offer purchase:

* Successful recurring subscription charges.
* Automatic bank transfer (Sepay/VNPAY) verification logs.
* Processed refund records and dates.
* Failed payment attempt notices.
* Admin controls to **Resend Receipt** or **Process Refund**.

### 4. More Actions Menu (`…`)

The **More Actions** button in the header provides quick admin shortcuts:

* **Cancel Payments & Revoke Access**: For recurring subscription Offers, cancels future billing and revokes product access.
* **Revoke Access Only**: For One-Time Payment or Granted Offers, immediately revokes product access without billing cancellation.
