# Phân biệt Customer, Contact và Subscriber

Giải thích phân biệt rõ khái niệm giữa Customer, Contact và Subscriber trên Hifunnel.

Để quản lý danh sách hiệu quả trên Hifunnel, bạn cần nắm rõ 3 trạng thái phân loại này:

### 1. Contact (Liên hệ)

Là **bất kỳ ai** có thông tin email nằm trong cơ sở dữ liệu Hifunnel của bạn (bao gồm người đăng ký nhận tin, học viên mua khóa học, hoặc danh sách được import vào).

### 2. Customer (Khách hàng)

Là người **đã mua hoặc sở hữu ít nhất 1 Offer/Product** trên Hifunnel (dù là khóa học trả phí hay nhận Free Offer).

### 3. Subscriber (Người nhận tin)

Là Contact **đã đồng ý nhận Email Marketing** từ bạn (chưa bấm nút Unsubscribe).
