# Đặt lại Mật khẩu cho Khách hàng

Hướng dẫn chủ trường/admin gửi email khôi phục mật khẩu cho học viên trên Hifunnel.

Khi học viên/khách hàng quên mật khẩu đăng nhập vào khu vực học tập:

#### Bước 1: Mở hồ sơ Contact

Vào **Contacts** > tìm và chọn tài khoản học viên cần khôi phục mật khẩu.

#### Bước 2: Chọn Reset Password

Trong hồ sơ Contact, chọn nút **More Actions** (hoặc biểu tượng **…**) > bấm chọn **Send Password Reset Email**.

#### Bước 3: Đã gửi thành công

Hệ thống Hifunnel sẽ gửi một email tự động chứa liên kết tạo mật khẩu mới trực tiếp vào hòm thư của học viên.
