# Hướng dẫn Tạo và Gửi Email Broadcast Hàng loạt

> Set up and send an Email Broadcast (Email gửi 1 lần) to contacts on your list.

An **Email Broadcast (Email gửi 1 lần)** is an individual email sent to a list of subscribers from your **Contacts** tab. An Email Broadcast (Email gửi 1 lần) can be used to share Newsletters, Announcements, and more with your contacts.

## Create an Email Broadcast (Email gửi 1 lần)

1. Open the **Marketing** tab from your Dashboard.
2. Select **Chiến dịch Email Marketings.**
3. Click **+ New Chiến dịch Email Marketing** on the **Chiến dịch Email Marketings** dashboard.
4. Select **Create Email Broadcast (Email gửi 1 lần)**.

## Select the Email Editor

Next, you can choose to create your Email Broadcast (Email gửi 1 lần) with the:

* **Visual Email Editor** by selecting a Hifunnel Template or a [custom Email Template](https://github.com/hifunnel-org/hifunnel-help-center/tree/main/articles/marketing/email-campaigns/how-to-create-custom-email-templates/README.md), or the
* **Classic Email Editor** by selecting **Classic Editor** in the top right corner or the bottom of the template list:

## Select recipients

Next, you will need to choose who will receive the Email Broadcast (Email gửi 1 lần). You can choose to send the Email Broadcast (Email gửi 1 lần) to all of your contacts, or a [segmented list](https://github.com/hifunnel-org/hifunnel-help-center/tree/main/vi/documentation/contacts/manage-your-contacts/segment-your-contacts/README.md).

If a user has not opted in to receive marketing emails, they will not be added to the recipient list when creating your **Email Broadcast (Email gửi 1 lần)**.

If you add a filtered selection of 200 people from your list to an Email Broadcast (Email gửi 1 lần) and only 98 recipients were added, the reason is most likely that more than half of those users did not opt in to receive marketing emails.

## Schedule an Email Broadcast (Email gửi 1 lần)

After you have selected recipients and edited the Email Broadcast (Email gửi 1 lần) content, you must schedule when it will be sent.

Choose **Send right now** to send the email immediately, or select **Schedule for later** to send it at a later date.

If you choose **Schedule for later**, select the date and time you would like your Email Broadcast (Email gửi 1 lần) to be sent.
