# Hướng dẫn Tạo Chuỗi Email Tự động (Email Sequence)
> Nurture contacts, engage members, and convert leads with automated email sequences.
An **Chuỗi Email Sequence Tự động** is a series of emails sent with pre-set time intervals to contacts after they are subscribed to the sequence via trigger-based automations.
## Create an Chuỗi Email Sequence Tự động
1. Open the **Marketing** tab from the Dashboard.
2. Click **Chiến dịch Email Marketings**.
3. Then, click **+ New Chiến dịch Email Marketing** on the Chiến dịch Email Marketings dashboard:

4. Select **Chuỗi Email Sequence Tự động** and enter your Internal Title in the text box.
5. Click **Continue**:

6. Select your [email template](https://github.com/hifunnel-org/hifunnel-help-center/tree/main/articles/marketing/email-campaigns/how-to-create-custom-email-templates/README.md) or select the classic editor to begin building and designing the first email in your sequence.
7. Click **Get Started**.
8. Enter the internal title for the email in your Chuỗi Email Sequence Tự động.
9. Click **Create**.

**Note:** If a contact is not subscribed to receive marketing emails, they will not receive emails in an Chuỗi Email Sequence Tự động. ## Edit emails in an Chuỗi Email Sequence Tự động
After creating an Chuỗi Email Sequence Tự động, edit the emails in that sequence according to your brand and language preferences.
### In the Email Editor
1. Determine the number of **Day(s)** after a contact subscribes to receive the email in the sequence.
2. Set the **Time** you want the email sent to sequence subscribers.
3. Enter an **Internal Title** to help you differentiate between the emails in your Chuỗi Email Sequence Tự động.
### Edit an email
1. Open the **Marketing** tab from the dashboard.
2. Click **Chiến dịch Email Marketings**.
3. Select the **Chuỗi Email Sequence Tự động** you wish to edit.
4. Click the **Email Title** to edit:

## Add emails to an existing Chuỗi Email Sequence Tự động
1. Open the **Marketing** tab from the Dashboard.
2. Click **Chiến dịch Email Marketings**.
3. Select an existing **Chuỗi Email Sequence Tự động.**
4. Click **+ Add New Email:**

5. Or, click **Duplicate Email** then **Duplicate** to use a previously created email in a sequence as a starting point. The duplicated email will have its send time offset by 1 minute, but you may adjust the schedule after duplication. You will also be given the option to copy any automations from the original email.

6. Select a template.
7. Click **Get Started**.
8. Enter a **Title** for your Email.
9. Click **Create**.

**Note:** Avoid adding emails to a sequence retroactively. If you created an Chuỗi Email Sequence Tự động with three emails sent on days 3, 5, and 7, and you wanted to add an email to be sent on day 6 of the sequence, that email will not be sent to subscribers who have already passed day 6 in the sequence.

## Send multiple emails per day
You can send up to two emails per day to Chuỗi Email Sequence Tự động subscribers. This is a powerful way to leverage Chuỗi Email Sequence Tự độngs for various campaigns.
For example, you may have an Offer deadline approaching that you want to encourage your recipients to participate in. With multiple emails, you can send up to two emails on the last day of your sequence.
Set up multiple emails to be sent on the same day in your sequence by selecting the same Day (e.g., Day 1, Day 2, etc.) when creating two emails.

**Note:** Chuỗi Email Sequence Tự độngs cannot send multiple emails set to send on Day 0 (i.e., immediately). If you wish to send multiple emails on the same day, you will need to set your send time for a future date.

**Tip:** Send the first email in the sequence immediately after a contact is subscribed to the sequence by setting the **Day** to **0** when editing the email.
