# Hướng dẫn Tạm dừng hoặc Vô hiệu hóa Chuỗi Email Sequence

An **Chuỗi Email Sequence Tự động** is a series of emails sent with pre-set time intervals to contacts after they are subscribed to the sequence via trigger-based automation.

While an Chuỗi Email Sequence Tự động can be a crucial part of your web-based marketing strategy, there are times when you may want to disable the Chuỗi Email Sequence Tự động for some time, preventing further emails from being sent.

There are two steps to disabling an Chuỗi Email Sequence Tự động:

First, delete all subscription automation triggers. This prevents any future sign-ups for that Chuỗi Email Sequence Tự động.

Next, bulk unsubscribe your contacts from that Chuỗi Email Sequence Tự động. This prevents any further emails from being sent to those who were previously subscribed.

## Disable an Chuỗi Email Sequence Tự động

To delete all subscription automation triggers:

1. From the Hifunnel Dashboard, select **Marketing** > **Chiến dịch Email Marketings**.
2. Click **Sequence**.
3. Select the **Chuỗi Email Sequence Tự động** you wish to edit.
4. Click **Subscribe Triggers** to view the subscribe triggers for that Chuỗi Email Sequence Tự động.
5. Select **Edit** next to the subscribe trigger.
6. Click **Delete**, then confirm you wish to delete that trigger.
7. Repeat this process for each subscribe trigger for that Chuỗi Email Sequence Tự động:

To bulk unsubscribe contacts from an Chuỗi Email Sequence Tự động:

1. From the Hifunnel Dashboard, select **Contacts** > **All Contacts**.
2. Click the **Select All** box to select all your contacts.
3. Use the **Bulk Actions** dropdown menu then choose **Hủy nhận tin (Unsubscribe) from Chuỗi Email Sequence Tự động**.
4. Choose which **Chuỗi Email Sequence Tự động** you wish to unsubscribe your contacts from, then click **Submit**:
