# Hướng dẫn Đăng ký Khách hàng Vào Chuỗi Email Sequence

Contacts can be subscribed to your **Chuỗi Email Sequence Tự động** with the power of Automations or by manually adding contacts to your sequence.

An Chuỗi Email Sequence Tự động is an email or a sequence of multiple emails that can be set to send automatically to subscribers after an action has been completed, like filling out a form, purchasing an offer, completing a product, etc. [Learn more about email campaigns](https://github.com/hifunnel-org/hifunnel-help-center/tree/main/articles/marketing/email-campaigns/email-campaigns-overview/README.md).

With [Automations](https://github.com/hifunnel-org/hifunnel-help-center/tree/main/vi/documentation/marketing/automations/automations-overview/README.md), your contacts can subscribe to your Chuỗi Email Sequence Tự độngs by performing an action (e.g., form submission, offer purchase, event registration).

Setting up a subscribe trigger for your Chuỗi Email Sequence Tự động is the most common way to subscribe to an Chuỗi Email Sequence Tự động on Hifunnel.

However, as an admin of your site, you may wish to manually subscribe existing contacts from your contacts tab to your Chuỗi Email Sequence Tự động.

This can be accomplished by performing a bulk action from your contacts tab to easily subscribe multiple contacts to your Chuỗi Email Sequence Tự động.

**Note:** Unsubscribing a contact from an Chuỗi Email Sequence Tự động will remove the contact from the specific Chuỗi Email Sequence Tự động, not your general mailing list. If your contact remains subscribed in your tab Contacts, you will still have the ability to send email campaigns to their email address. If your contact resubscribes to the Chuỗi Email Sequence Tự động, they will not receive any emails from the sequence.

## Automated subscribe

On Hifunnel, Automations can be used to translate an action into a subscription to your email campaign.

In order to begin sending emails from your Chuỗi Email Sequence Tự động, an automation is required to include an **Add Trigger** that will subscribe contacts to your Chuỗi Email Sequence Tự động.

The subscribe trigger is an action specified to trigger a specific response.

For Chuỗi Email Sequence Tự độngs, an add trigger is used to subscribe a contact to the Chuỗi Email Sequence Tự động after the specified action occurs.

For example, you can set your subscribe trigger to subscribe contacts to your Chuỗi Email Sequence Tự động when an "Offer is purchased".

### Create an add trigger

1. Open the Chuỗi Email Sequence Tự động editor by selecting the Chuỗi Email Sequence Tự động you wish to edit.
2. Select **Subscribe Trigger**.
3. Click **Add Trigger** to create your Chuỗi Email Sequence Tự động subscribe trigger.

In this example, when a contact purchases the specified offer they will be subscribed to the Chuỗi Email Sequence Tự động:

Similarly, with Automations, you can unsubscribe a contact from an Chuỗi Email Sequence Tự động after a specified action.

Use the **Hủy nhận tin (Unsubscribe) Trigger** to automatically unsubscribe a contact from the Chuỗi Email Sequence Tự động after your specified action has occurred.

For example, you can select "if a Contact has been inactive for 30 days" to automatically unsubscribe inactive contacts from your sequence.

## Manual subscribe

Manually subscribe existing contacts to your Chuỗi Email Sequence Tự động with bulk actions in your tab Contacts.

### Manually subscribe contacts to a specific Chuỗi Email Sequence Tự động

1. Open the **Contacts** tab from the Dashboard.
2. Select the names of the contacts you wish to subscribe.
3. Click **Bulk Actions**.
4. Select **Subscribe to Chuỗi Email Sequence Tự động**.
5. Select the Chuỗi Email Sequence Tự động you wish to subscribe your contacts to when prompted.
6. Click **Submit**.

**Note:** If you have selected contacts that have not subscribed to receive your [marketing emails](https://github.com/hifunnel-org/hifunnel-help-center/tree/main/articles/marketing/email-campaigns/what-are-marketing-and-transactional-emails/README.md), they cannot be manually subscribed to your Chuỗi Email Sequence Tự động. Use [Automations](#automated-subscribe) or a [Form](https://github.com/hifunnel-org/hifunnel-help-center/tree/main/vi/documentation/marketing/forms/create-and-build-your-form/README.md) to allow your contacts to subscribe to your marketing emails.
