# How to View Form Submissions

Learn how to view, track, and analyze form submission reports and contact data on Hifunnel.

Tracking form submissions allows you to measure conversion rates, monitor lead generation growth, and review the exact data submitted by your leads.

### Viewing Submissions for a Specific Form

#### Step 1: Open Forms Manager

Navigate to **Marketing > Forms** from your Dashboard.

#### Step 2: Select a Form

Click on the Form you want to inspect.

#### Step 3: Access Submissions Tab

Click **Submissions** in the top action bar to view a table of all individual submission entries, including timestamp, subscriber email, name, and custom field values.

### Filtering Contacts by Form Submission

You can also segment contacts in your CRM based on form activity:

1. Go to **Contacts > Filters**.
2. Select **Form Submission** as the category filter.
3. Choose **Has Submitted** and select your specific Form.
4. Click **Apply** to view all subscribers who completed that form.
