# Lead Capture Forms

Create custom opt-in forms to collect leads and embed them on Hifunnel landing pages.

**Forms** allow you to capture lead information (Name, Email, Phone, Custom Fields) on your Hifunnel pages and trigger automated email sequences or offer grants.

### Creating and Embedding a Lead Form

#### Step 1: Create a Form

Navigate to **Marketing > Forms** and click **+ New Form**.

#### Step 2: Customize Form Fields

Add form fields such as First Name, Email Address, Phone Number, or Custom Text questions.

#### Step 3: Embed on Page or Website

Open **Website > Pages**, edit your Landing Page, add a **Form Section**, and select your form.

Submitting a form automatically adds the user to your Contacts tab as a Subscriber.
