# Course modules

[Lessons](/hifunnel-help-center/documentation/products/courses/course-lessons.md) and quizzes in your course are organized inside **modules**. Think of modules as categories that help you structure and manage your course content.

For example, in a beginner yoga course, you might have lessons focused on breathing techniques, basic poses, and flexibility. You could create modules such as Breathing Basics, Foundational Poses, and Flexibility Training to group related lessons together.

How you organize your course matters. A clear module structure makes your course easier to follow and allows you to control when specific modules are unlocked.
