# How to Create an Offer

Learn to build, customize, and share your Offer to begin selling your Product(s) on Hifunnel.

### Step 1. Create an Offer

First, create a new **Offer** to package and sell your Product(s) to customers.

**To create an Offer using the Offer Creation Flow:**

1. From your **Hifunnel Dashboard**, go to **Sales**.
2. Select **Offers**.
3. Click **+ New Offer** to start the Offer Creation Flow.
4. Enter an **Offer Title** and select the **Product(s)** you want to sell with this Offer.
5. Set the **price and payment plan** if a payment provider is connected, or choose to make the Offer **free**.
6. Click **Save & Finish** to complete creating your Offer.

### Step 2. Edit your Offer <a href="#h_01fm32qqwp7bh9whzhpax92hs4" id="h_01fm32qqwp7bh9whzhpax92hs4"></a>

After creating an Offer, you can further edit and customize it to better fit your business needs.

Within an Offer, you can:

* Add or remove **Products**
* Control **customer access** to Products
* Customize the **post-purchase experience** and other settings

#### Products in this Offer

When creating a new Offer, you will be prompted to select at least one **Product** to attach to the Offer.

In the Offer Editor you can update your included Products to include additional Product(s), remove Product(s), or replace your connected Product(s)

The flexibility of Offers allows you to sell individual Products or create **bundled Offers**, giving customers access to multiple Products in a single purchase.

#### Product Access

Adjust the access dates for customers who purchase your Offer.

With the **Product Access** setting, you can determine:

* The date when customers **begin access** to your Product(s)
* The amount of time customers can **maintain access** to the Product(s) for a specific Offer

This allows you to control access duration based on different Offers and pricing models. <mark style="color:red;">**Learn more**</mark>

#### Offer Status

Creating an Offer will automatically **publish** the Offer and make it available for customers to purchase through the **Offer Checkout Page**.

Although the Offer is published, it will not be easily accessible unless the **Offer link is shared**.

If you want to customize your Offer behind the scenes and keep it inaccessible, update the **Offer Status** from **Published** to **Draft**.

When you are ready to display and share your Offer, update the **Offer Status** back to **Published**.

Be sure to share the <mark style="color:red;">**checkout page link**</mark> on a page, in an email, or through your preferred channels to encourage customers to purchase your newly created Offer.

#### Offer Details

With the **Offer Editor**, you can:

* Add an **Internal Title** to help you and your team easily identify the Offer
* Update the public **Title** to clearly communicate the Offer to customers
* Include a **Description** to display on pages where the Offer card appears

#### Pricing <a href="#h_01hfs6ams7yxyqw0hcgcyg188s" id="h_01hfs6ams7yxyqw0hcgcyg188s"></a>

Within the **Offer Details** page, you can customize your Offer Price. Setting the correct price is a crucial step when creating an Offer.

The **Offer Price** will be displayed on the **Offer Checkout Page**. If you add an **Offer** or **Pricing** block to a page, the price will also be shown there.

The purpose of an Offer is to package and deliver the included Product(s) to customers. Make sure the pricing reflects the value and selling price you intend for your Product(s).

Not sure what to name your Offer yet? You can update the **Offer Title** later in the Offer Editor before sharing it with your audience.

#### Offer Thumbnail

Within the **Offer Details** page, you can customize your **Offer Thumbnail Image**. Upload an image to represent your Offer visually.

The **Offer Thumbnail** will appear on the **Offer Checkout Page**. If you add an **Offers** block to a page, the block will also display the Offer Thumbnail image.

### Step 4. Add your Offer to a Page

Last but not least, it’s time to share your Offer by adding it to your website.

**First, add an Offer section to a Page:**

1. From your **Hifunnel Dashboard**, open the **Website** tab.
2. Click **Pages** and select the Page you want to edit.
3. Click **Customize** to open the Page Editor.
4. In the sidebar, select **Add Section**.
5. From the list, choose **Offer**.
6. The newly created **Offer section** will be added to the bottom of the Page.
7. Click **Save** to keep your changes.

**Then, select the Offer you want to display:**

1. On the Page, hover over the **Offer section** you want to edit and click **Edit**.
2. In the sidebar, use the dropdown menu under the **Offer** section to select the Offer you want to display.

### Delete your Offer <a href="#h_01egkt9gzanp3fy4mkm9gmxx65" id="h_01egkt9gzanp3fy4mkm9gmxx65"></a>

#### Permanently delete an Offer

If you no longer need an Offer, you can permanently remove it from your account.

To permanently delete an Offer:

1. Open the **Sales** tab from your Hifunnel Dashboard.
2. Click **Offers**.
3. Select the Offer you want to permanently remove.
4. In the Offer Editor, click the **…** icon in the top-right corner.
5. From the dropdown menu, select **Delete**.
6. Confirm that you want to **Delete Offer**.
